If funding were limitless, we would build the HOAP Community—a groundbreaking initiative featuring a campus of affordable housing tailored for young mothers. This would include transportation, childcare, an educational resource hub, a garden, a fellowship building, and a safe community for children. On-site early learning, job training, and employment opportunities with HOAP would empower families. Additionally, a community center for youth would offer tutoring, mentoring, a gym, and a skill-tech center, creating a holistic environment for growth, support, and opportunity.

We are aiming to raise $25,000 during Grand Rapids Giving Day 2025, with the goal of obtaining a new building. These funds will directly support our new initiative—creating a permanent facility that will provide a safe and supportive environment for our participants.The funds will allow us to better serve our current community members and extend our reach to more individuals in need. With a dedicated space, we will be able to enhance our services and offer more comprehensive support to the families we serve.This funding will contribute to the long-term sustainability of our organization by securing the foundation for future growth, ensuring that we can continue to serve and make a lasting impact for years to come.
